As Founder & CEO, he leads the vision and development of platforms focused on AI-driven workplace intelligence and multilingual voice-enabled systems, helping organizations better understand and support their workforce.
Dr. Aasim is also an author of two books: Organisational Structure and Design, published in the Middle East, and Fueling the Fire, published in India and well received with a 5-star rating on Amazon.
Basker Prabhakar
Entrepreneur and strategic leader with over 30 years of experience leading teams. His work focuses on combining human insight with advanced technology to build solutions that improve how organizations operate, engage with employees, and make data-driven decisions.
As the Founder Director, Prabhakar leads the vision and strategy behind the company’s innovative platforms designed to transform workplace intelligence and communication.
Satyendra Pasalapudi
Satyendra Pasalapudi is an Oracle ACE Director Alumni and an MBA graduate with over 26 years of diversified international experience in the IT industry spanning multiple continents. He is an accomplished cloud and database professional, author, and speaker, with a strong blend of business and technology expertise.
Throughout his career, he has successfully bootstrapped several Strategic Business Units in areas such as Cloud, Big Data, Oracle Support Services, and real-time reporting and monitoring products. His work reflects deep technical expertise combined with strategic business leadership in building and scaling technology-driven solutions.
Recently, he served as Managing Director at Inflolob Global, where he led the Cloud Business. Prior to Infolob, he worked at Oracle Consulting Solution Centre as Director – Platform Architecture Services, responsible for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure solutions. He also served as Director of Cloud Services at Apps Associates Pvt Ltd, heading Infrastructure Managed Services and Cloud Services at the Global Delivery Center, and earlier worked with APTS, Pointsoft, Kenexa, DELL, and Megasoft.
Vahanth Phalguna Boinpally
Vahanth Phalguna Boinpally is the Manager - Product Development, responsible for leading the design and development of the company’s core platforms, Aidora and Decode. He plays a key role in translating the company’s vision into scalable, efficient, and user-focused technology solutions.
A B.E graduate from Malla Reddy Institute of Technology, Vahanth brings strong technical expertise in software development, system architecture, and product innovation. He oversees the entire product development lifecycle—from concept and architecture to development, testing, and deployment.
His focus is on building robust, intelligent, and scalable platforms that integrate modern technologies and deliver practical solutions for organizations. Through his leadership, Aidora and Decode continue to evolve as powerful tools designed to enhance organizational intelligence and operational efficiency.

Navneet Chandra brings over 30 years of global professional experience, having worked across diverse geographies with multicultural and multi-generational teams. His career spans leadership, strategic decision-making, and navigating complex organisational environments at scale.
He now focuses on helping professionals and leaders manage expectations, belief systems, and emotional responses to drive clearer thinking and sustainable performance. Blending corporate experience with evidence-based psychological frameworks, his work bridges practical leadership with inner clarity.

Vigyan Arya
With over 25 years of international experience, Vigyan S. Arya is a seasoned Marketing-Communication (MarCom), Branding, and Media Strategy professional. His career spans multiple media platforms including online, television, print, and radio.
He has successfully launched and led several national and international publications, media agencies, and digital platforms. Notably, he served as Editor-in-Chief of Emirates Business 24/7 and as Head of Content for DM TV in the MENA region.
